pic of the day - it isn't arthritis
So, the results of my recent xrays came back today. The good news is that I don't have arthritis. The bad news is that we now have no idea why my fingers are changing shape!
Karyn, it might seem funny but thousands have benefited from these breathing exercises. I am posting the link please see if this helps. They look funny but they are very powerful and effective.
