It's similar to the sign Harold and I encountered on our way back from Halifax last week. In the middle of a raging snowstorm, with visibility limited to about 10 feet, an electronic sign emerged from the blowing snow to warn us, "Expect winter conditions."
Makes you want to write underneath "Gee thanks" or something of that order!
